Protecting your privacy and securing your personal information are our top concerns. We will never sell, exchange or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties without first obtaining your express consent. The Privacy Policy covers the site www.equirodi.com (the "Site") and forms part of the User Agreement. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal information. 1. A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN

The Equirodi Service (the "Service") and Site are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If you choose to use our servicse (post an advert, contact a seller, track an advert...), you must complete our registration form and provide us with your personal information, such as your contact details and other information. Equirodi does not collect credit card information. We use PayPal, a third party online payment provider to accept and process payments. When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by Equirodi. Your financial information stays safe. We automatically track, collect and aggregate certain information based upon your behaviour on the Site. This information may include, but is not limited to, browser types, IP addresses, referring sites, pages visited, number of visitors, content selected and viewed and services purchased. This information cannot be used to personally identify you. This means that your session will be tracked, but you will be anonymous. We may also collect personal correspondence you send us or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities on the Site. We also collect material you post in publicly accessible areas of Equirodi. Your personal data are stored on our servers in the United-States by GODADDY.com Inc.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your personal information to facilitate and improve the service you request. We use your personal information to contact you; facilitate communications between our users; maintain a safe environment; collect fees; improve marketing strategy; analyze site usage; and improve and customize our Site. Equirodi will communicate with you through emails and announcements posted on the Site. Equirodi will always send out non-promotional and service-related information. This information may relate to the proper functioning of your account, changes to the Privacy Policy and/or User Agreement and also planned service suspensions and outages. You agree to have certain of your personal information (such as your firstname, lastname, email address...) disclosed in messages you sent to other members through the Site. By accepting Equirodi User Agreement and Privacy Policy, you agree to receive promotional messages from Equirodi and its partners. You can opt-out from receiving such messages at anytime from "My account" in My Equirodi.

4. WITH WHOM WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMARION

Protecting your privacy is our top concern. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement, we will never sell, exchange or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties without first obtaining your express consent.

4.1. Equirodi Community

Other Equirodi users can access your classified ads, your profile and messages you have posted on the Site. To help communications between users, other users can access your contact information. Only Equirodi members can send email to other members.

4.2. Third parties intermediaries

We may disclose profile information and aggregate usage information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties to provide specific services. The information we disclose cannot be used to personally identify you.

4.3. Third party Web sites

The Site contains links to third party sites that provide external services or that advertise or link on our Site. We, our officers, agents, affiliates, directors, employees, shareholders, suppliers or licensors disclaim all warranties for any services, goods or information received through or advertised on the Site or received through any links provided on the Site. You further acknowledge and agree that Equirodi shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through third parties web sites.

4.4. Legal requests

We may disclose any of your information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, legal process served on Equirodi or to maintain trust and safety in the Site and exercise Equirodi's User Agreement or legal rights.

5. USING INFORMATION FROM OTHER EQUIRODI MEMBERS

To help communications between members, Equirodi discloses certain information concerning other members. By accepting our User Agreement, you agree to use user information only for Equirodi transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages.

6. NO SPAM

You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We do not collect, rent or sell email addresses that are not registered in our community.

7. ACCOUNT PROTECTION

Your Equirodi password is the key to your account. Remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. Therefore, do not share your password or your personal information with others. Equirodi will never ask for sensitive information such as your password, your credit card number ou bank account details by email.

8. HOW YOU CAN ACCESS, REVIEW AND CHANGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can review Your Information and make any changes to this information, at any time by logging into your account on the Site. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and information from our databases. Such information will be deactivated within 30 days. However, some personal information may need to be maintained if it is connected with billing, payment or as required by law.

9. SECURITY PROCEDURES

All Your Information is stored on Equirodi's secure server. Our network and server are secure with firewall system, 24/7 monitoring, break-in detection technologies and physical security. Only selected Equirodi personnel have access to customer information via password. Our employees and data processors are obliged to respect the confidentiality of Your Information.

10. CHANGES IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend our Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site.
