Runin' Guns n Whizkey is a top-quality reining and cattle-working stallion, bred for performance. Coming directly from the breeder, he has been raised with care and gentleness, resulting in a high level of self-confidence. Well-socialized, he lives in a paddock with other horses, is easy to lead, lifts his feet well, and stands well on the lunge line. He knows the flag, is lunged, and is ready to begin his training. Friendly, curious, and respectful, he has a full pedigree and has been genetically tested negative.
His sire is Top Guns Lenas, son of Yankee Gun, winner of $156,967.40, and descendant of Coronel Smoking Gun, Smart Chix Olena and Smart Little Lena.
His dam is a half-blood sired by Jacs Little Pine, NRHA World Champion (1974 and 1975, Non-Pro class), a top-ten finisher at the World Championship (Reining 1974), winner of the Superior Performance Award (Reining 1974), NRHA Hall of Fame stallion, and the first NRHA horse to earn $1 million. He is the son of Hollywood Jac 86, also the first NRHA horse to reach $1 million in earnings and a stallion in the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame. His lineage also includes Topsail Whiz, the first NRHA stallion to surpass $12 million in earnings.
